Overview of the postcard design
Harmony in Diversity is a wall mural artwork on the L2 of Anchorvale Community Club. It depicts people of all diversity standing on top of the Earth to represent humanity. Behind them are also swirls of clouds and forms of different colors mixing about at the back. The vibrant colors of the co-created artwork is the result of the creativity and random whims of color choices provided by the community during the painting sessions of the mural.
About the artist
Fish Jaafar is known for producing large scale works as well as conceptual accessibility and relevance to the local community. He believes narratives are at its most honest when expressed figuratively within a traditional 2D plane.
