Things to note about claiming and spending your SG60 Vouchers.

Important
You will receive an SMS with the unique voucher link from gov.sg after you have claimed your vouchers at go.gov.sg/sg60v.
Make sure that the unique voucher link you receive starts with https://voucher.redeem.gov.sg/. Do not trust or click on any voucher links starting with other prefixes.
RedeemSG or gov.sg will never send SMSes asking for your personal information or banking details to claim the vouchers.
Get ready your Singpass
Singpass is required to claim your SG60 Vouchers.

If you need help in claiming your vouchers, please bring along your NRIC to the nearest Community Centre/Club (CC). All CCs are open daily from 10am to 6pm and 2pm to 6pm for void deck CCs. Closed on Public Holidays (PH).

How to claim and spend SG60 Vouchers
Our step-by-step guide are available in the following languages:
Claiming on behalf
Claiming vouchers on behalf of eligible recipients
Family members can claim the SG60 Vouchers on behalf of recipients with proper authorisation. To do so, bring these documents to the nearest Community Centre/Club (CC):
Recipient’s National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) (physical or digital)
Representative’s NRIC or any other valid identification documentation
A completed Authorisation Form for the SG60 Vouchers
The Authorisation Form can be downloaded here.
This process ensures that the vouchers are claimed securely and appropriately on behalf of the eligible individual.
Claiming on behalf of an individual who is mentally incapacitated
You can help an individual who is mentally incapacitated to claim their SG60 Vouchers if you are:
Aged 21 and above; and
A next-of-kin, or appointed donee under the Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA), or court-appointed Deputy of the individual.
(a) If you are the appointed donee under the Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) of the beneficiary
Kindly bring the following documents to the Community Centre/ Club
Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) – Kindly ensure that the LPA authorises you to make decisions on property and affairs
Document to show the beneficiary's medical condition (e.g. doctor's memorandum, medical report). The date of the document(s) should not be more than 1 year ago, unless it specifically states that the patient’s condition is permanent (e.g. permanent mental incapacity) or the condition is known to be permanent (e.g. autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy etc.)

(b) If you are the court-appointed deputy
Kindly bring the following documents to the Community Centre/ Club
Court order - Kindly ensure that the court order authorises you to make decisions on property and affairs

(c) If you are the next-of-kin or caregiver and do not have a LPA/ deputyship
Kindly bring the following documents to the Community Centre/ Club
Document to show the beneficiary's medical condition (e.g. doctor's memorandum, medical report). The date of the document(s) should not be more than 1 year ago, unless it specifically states that the patient’s condition is permanent (e.g. permanent mental incapacity) or the condition is known to be permanent (e.g. autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy etc.)
