General information on SG60 Vouchers
What are SG60 Vouchers and what is the purpose of this initiative?
The SG60 Vouchers is a part of the broader SG60 Package announced at Budget 2025 to recognise the contributions of all Singaporeans and to share the gains of our nation's progress.
All adult Singaporeans born between 1966 to 2004 (aged 21 to 59 in 2025) will receive $600, while those born in 1965 and earlier (aged 60 and above in 2025) will receive $800. The higher quantum for seniors recognises their long-standing contributions to Singapore’s growth and success.
The SG60 Vouchers can be used at all businesses that accept CDC Vouchers. Half of the SG60 Vouchers will be allocated for spending at participating heartland merchants and hawkers while the other half will be allocated for spending at participating supermarkets islandwide.
The SG60 Vouchers will have a longer validity period until 31 December 2026. This gives Singaporeans greater flexibility to use their vouchers gradually over time, promoting thoughtful and sustained spending.

You can refer to the step-by-step infographics on the website (go.gov.sg/sg60vouchers) on how to claim and spend your SG60 Vouchers.
What do I need to claim the vouchers?
You will require a valid Singpass account and smartphone to log in and claim your vouchers. Singpass is needed to verify your identity for voucher claims.
Please refer to the step-by-step infographics on how to claim your SG60 vouchers.
What should the Sender ID of the SG60 Vouchers link be? Is it gov.sg or RedeemSG?
Since 1 July 2024, the Singapore government has launched a new security measure - gov.sg, a single SMS Sender ID to be used across government agencies. This whole-of-government effort to transition to a single SMS Sender ID will make it easier for the public to verify authentic government communications, with greater confidence and accuracy. The public can expect SMSes from government agencies to come from the gov.sg SMS Sender ID, and not from individual government agencies' Sender IDs. PA/CDC aligns with this national effort to help residents access and respond to legitimate communications from the government, such as the SG60 Vouchers.

If you require further assistance with your Singpass account, please contact the Singpass Helpdesk by filling out this form: https://go.gov.sg/singpass-feedback-issue, and a helpdesk officer will get in touch with you.
Alternatively, you may call the Singpass Helpdesk at 6335 3533, or visit a Singpass counter located at Community Centres/Clubs (CC) and ServiceSG Centres in Singapore. To locate a Singpass counter near you, please go to https://go.gov.sg/singpass-counters.
What if I entered the wrong mobile number?
When you sign up for your vouchers, a One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the mobile number you have keyed in for verification, to ensure vouchers will not be sent to the wrong mobile number. If you had keyed in the wrong mobile number, you will not receive the One Time Password and you can return to the previous page to key in your mobile number again.

I was not prompted to key in an OTP after keying in my mobile number. Why is this so?
Once you have keyed in your mobile number, RedeemSG will verify this number against the mobile number listed in your Singpass. If the mobile number matches your Singpass records, you will not be prompted to key in an OTP.
I was prompted to key in an OTP, but did not receive the OTP or voucher link SMS. What should I do?
If you are not receiving "gov.sg” SMS messages to your phone, please refer to the steps listed here from Gov.sg.
How can I verify that the SMS link I received is a legitimate link?
The SMS is identifiable by the sender named "Gov.sg". The voucher link should also start with the prefix https://voucher.redeem.gov.sg. Do not trust voucher links starting with other prefixes.
Please be careful to only use the official links and QR code (go.gov.sg/sg60v) to claim your vouchers. Gov.sg will only send you an SMS with your unique voucher link after you claim your vouchers at go.gov.sg/sg60v and will never send SMSes requiring your personal or banking details.
If you detect any suspicious messages relating to RedeemSG or Gov.sg or SG60 Vouchers, please contact PA at 6225 5322, or submit the information online at www.police.gov.sg/iwitness or call 1800 2555 0000 to make a police report.

A typical SMS from Gov.sg will look like the screenshots above.
What happens if I accidentally delete the SMS with the voucher link?
To retrieve your voucher link for your SG60 Vouchers, please visit go.gov.sg/sg60v and log in with Singpass again. A SMS with the voucher link will be sent to you.
What happens if I accidentally misplaced my printed vouchers?
Any misplaced printed vouchers may be used by anyone who finds them. You may request for a re-print of your remaining vouchers at the CCs. However, a new set of SG60 Vouchers will not be issued. Recipients are advised to exercise personal responsibility in safekeeping their vouchers as they are equivalent to cash.
Please note that the vouchers are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable.
How will recipients be notified and how can they claim the vouchers?
Eligible Singaporeans will be notified by post on when their vouchers are ready to be claimed. Marketing collaterals such as Digital Display Panels, newspaper advertisements, posters and banners will be displayed across the neighbourhoods.
The vouchers can be claimed digitally through the RedeemSG platform using Singpass. For those who may face challenges with the digital process, assistance will be available at Community Centres/Clubs (CCs).

Can I claim on behalf of an individual who is incarcerated?
Eligible inmates can put up a request to the prison officer to request for a Letter of Incarceration (LOI) and SG60 Vouchers Authorisation Form (For Incarcerated Singapore Citizen). The LOI will be issued by the Singapore Prison Services, and the SG60 Vouchers Authorisation Form (For Incarcerated Singapore Citizen) will be printed by the Singapore Prison Services for the inmate. The incarcerated individual then arranges a face-to-face visit with the nominee.
On the day of visit, the incarcerated individual hands over the completed SG60 Vouchers Authorisation Form (For Incarcerated Singapore Citizen) to the Visit Officer. The Visit Officer will pass both the LOI and completed SG60 Vouchers Authorisation Form (For Incarcerated Singapore Citizen) to the nominee.
